Boulder FIT Health & Performance works by appointment only. We offer same day appointments based on availability, which must be scheduled online at least 2 hours prior. When scheduling, please note that if no days are available for the service you have selected, that means they are completely booked that day.
If you are a New Patient you will need to have your paperwork complete 24 hours before your appointment. If we do not have your paperwork 24 hours beforehand your appointment will be cancelled.
Any changes (rescheduling or cancellations) to your appointment must be made online at least 1 day prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid a fee of 50% of your scheduled time - please click the link from the email or text confirmation you received at the time of booking.
The client and the doctor are the only 2 people allowed in our treatment room during your appointment. If you have children, please make arrangements for childcare ahead of time. Children cannot be left unattended in the waiting area regardless of their age. Pets are also not allowed in the building due to Boulder County Public Health Regulations, so please make arrangements for your furry friends beforehand. Please do not bring a friend/guest to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of service. If you have an outstanding balance with us, we will not be able to provide services until your balance has been paid.
We are a cash-based practice. We do NOT currently work with any insurance. You will be responsible for your treatment costs.
